Quality Guidelines
IMPLEMENT, DOCUMENT and MAINTAIN the relevant systematic to the Quality Warranty System, obtaining by consequence, the clients satisfaction by meeting their expectations and requirements. It is up to all areas of the Company and their respective subdivisions the compliance with this guideline.
Quality Structure
The quality cycle is a conceptual model of interdependent activities which affect the quality, at different stages, varying from the needs identification to the assessment of those needs meeting. Within the Quality cycle, our areas of action in the veterinary industry processes are the following.
Quality Management
The system for quality management should be extended to the organizational structure, proceedings, processes, resources and activities needed to ensure that the products are in conformity with the stated specifications of quality and pureness.

The Good Practices of Manufacturing are part of the Quality Warranty which ensures that the veterinarian pharmaceutical products are produced and controlled under the appropriate reference standards and are referred not only to the production but also to the quality control, obeying the basic requirements.
